Building management systems designed, commissioned, and documented under one contract
You want a building management system that runs HVAC, energy, and lighting from one screen, and still works the day after handover. Most projects split that across a controls contractor, an electrical contractor, and your IT team, and no one owns the joins. We design, install, and commission the whole BMS under one contract, on open protocols: BACnet, Modbus, and KNX, so it answers to you and not to one vendor. You get every point mapped and every graphic configured against your real operating profile. You also get the I/O schedule, as-built drawings, and test reports you need to run and expand the system yourself.

One contract, not three trades who meet at commissioning
Split your building management system across a controls contractor, an electrical contractor, and your IT team, and the gaps between them become your problem on handover day. The HVAC vendor assumes someone else mapped your energy meters. Neither tests the integration. You find the dead points on your graphics weeks after you open. We hold your whole BMS scope on open protocols, one number for you to call, one team that owns the result from design to certified handover.
Five systems, delivered as one scope
Most buildings buy these five separately and hope they meet. You get them designed, installed, commissioned, and documented together, so they behave as one building management system from the day you open.

Building automation
HVAC, AHU, chiller, and pump control with every point mapped to your real operating profile, configured graphics, and alarms routed to the people who act on them. Built on BACnet, ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 135, so the head-end is never locked to one brand.
Five phases, one continuous thread
The same team carries the work from first survey to signed-off documentation. Nothing is handed between contractors mid-project, so nothing falls through the gap.
Survey
We survey the building and list every point, capturing the mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems to be controlled before any control design begins.
Design
One coordinated control set: the I/O schedule, the network architecture, and the graphics tree, with integrations resolved before installation starts. Your point count, protocol mix, graphics, and analytics depth are what move BMS cost, so we scope them with you here, not after award.
Install
One crew, sequenced trades, containment and controllers first. Field devices, sensors, and actuators are installed and labelled to the schedule, so you get no rework when the lighting and HVAC wiring meet.
Commission
Every point is verified against the field, every sequence is proven on your actual operating profile, and your graphics and alarms are tested live before handover. We commission to the building as it runs, not to the design assumption.
Hand over
Point schedules, as-built drawings, commissioning reports, and operator training, handed over so your facility team runs and expands the system without calling us back.
Commissioned before handover. Documented so you can run it.
Commissioning is where most BMS projects quietly hand you a head-end full of unmapped points and graphics nobody trusts. We commission every point to its sequence, prove the integrations on your operating profile, and give you the paperwork to run and expand the system without calling us back.
Start with an assessment, not a quote
Tell us what you are building or retrofitting. We will walk your site, scope the five systems with you, and give you a budgetary estimate with the cost drivers shown, not a number with no working behind it. We will also tell you plainly whether we are your best option. If your project is bid purely on lowest price, or you want a single-brand locked system, another integrator will serve you better, and we will say so before you spend a rupee.
